1. The Agreement

By accessing or using Ishhare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.

Acceptable Use

Users are expected to use the platform for professional creative purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Uploading illegal or infringing content
  • Attempting to circumvent platform security or rate limits
  • Automated scraping of other users' public portfolios
  • Impersonating other creators or brands

paymentsBilling & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are processed within 14 days of initial purchase for new accounts only.

2. Limitation of Liability

Ishhare is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

You retain full ownership of any creative content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of providing the service to you.
